The woman behind me who was waiting to ask her a question said. Listen, if you can't get what you want, I don't blame you for not spending the money. It's easy to reface. So, I called another company and, low and behold, I'm getting partial refacing and partial custom cabinets. He came and we discussed HOW I could get my carousel cabinet (uh - he suggested I go from a double to a single sink - easy peasy) AND, he came in at half the price your website suggested I might pay. It is really nice to be listened to...especially when it's MY money I'm spending."

"Signed contract on April 30, 2011 Contract stated that the lead time was 10-12 weeks; Cody completed 2 small projects (pull out trash compartment and reconfigured shelves) on 6-11-11. Cody returned in July with dishwasher panel and to remeasure cabinet for bathroom and to verify changes to bedroom shelf units (addition of built-in drawers); he explained that he was running behind due to excessive summer heat & no A/C in his shop, but he'd be in touch with me. "Fast forward" to October-bathroom cabinet was completed, and on Dec 21st, the shelves, our final project, was completed.

My husband and I were pleased with each finished project. We were not pleased with the length of time it took to get the job done. I realize that he was faced with several obstacles during the process, which was unfortunate. I can not recommend Cody for large projects...possibly small projects suit him better. "I hired White Lion Painting to paint the entire interior of my home. We painted every surface including, walls, cabinets, baseboards, ceilings, doors, trim and even fireplace trim. Antonio and his guys treated my home with respect and arrived on time every day. Antonio had guys at my house on a daily basis, including Saturday, Sunday, and Memorial Day. No gaps in work days and wondering where people are. These guys work hard. His guys do quality work and only top quality products are used. They prep surfaces and cover all valuables. Ever, one of the crew leads, did a fantastic job floating my entire living room ceiling to ensure it was flat and all cracks were repaired. These people came into my
home to create a bathroom out of a mess. 
We had to completely gut the bath that contained an old garden tub and
really bad cabinets.  After clearing the
mess Dream Renovations began to build a beautiful walk in shower and bath area
with everything we desired.  They
constructed a linen closet, new cabinets, stripped off old wall paper and did
interior design as well as construction. 
The owner, Cane Caldwell is
basically an artist with a sense of perfection. If you are like me and do not
see a finished product with construction, you can rest in Cane?s ability to do
so.  If there is something along the way
that you want to change they are very accommodating with that also.  Let me just say that I have a dream new bath.
I also want to comment on the
character of Mr. Caldwell who has a sense of responsibility and integrity.  He did everything we ask while doing his best
to keep to the time we requested. 
Renovations can be hard to predict since there is always the possibility
of the unexpected.  We sailed through a
couple of those with a great attitude and sense of responsibility from this
business.

|It took several messages and phone calls before the workman finally came out Nov 1. Be aware that the product they use has highly toxic fumes and you will need to open all your windows, put pets and people outside until it dissipates. We used a HEPA air filter with charcoal to help remove the odor.

|The first guy taped around the overflow drain and did not prep it well.  Within a month, there was paint chipping off with rust underneath.  I initiated contact with Raphael. He was very concerned that the prep work was not done right and wanted to fix it himself.

|It took several times to reschedule. Because of prior experience, I decided to call and remind him of my 1pm appointment. The morning of, I phoned him to touch base and ensure that we were still on. After a few minutes, it was obvious that I had slipped through the cracks of his schedule again.  However, he offered to come out a little later at 3pm. At 3:15pm, he phoned and asked if we could schedule on another day.

|I was pretty upset at that. I insisted that it be fixed that day as I was tired of arranging to take off work or moving my schedule around to accommodate. I didn't need the whole tub re-done - just the overflow.  I had loosened the screws to make it easier for him.

|Since he was close to my area, he agreed to come over.  It took 30 minutes to grind/prep and Raphael did a good job.

|I just wish that they would use some kind of tool (Outlook, Google) to help them with their scheduling. It's frustrating for the customer to initiate the contact and remind the provider that they have an appointment."
