"The dishwasher fix - almost immediately identified that the guys who installed a new countertop recently had not fully turned the water back on after they finished. So THAT's why the dishes weren't getting clean!
The icemaker fix - quickly identified the problem and it's now working fine. The only reason I marked punctuality down is that there was miscommunication between the service guy and the office, to us, about when he would be back to complete the dishwasher repair. But not a major issue.
We've used these guys before to install a gas cooktop and they are smart, experienced folks who know what they're doing.

"The tech that came out had a chip on his shoulder. He could not find the exact location of the leak, and assumed it was something it wasn't. He would've replaced a very expensive part unnecessarily. The owner is a much better worker but he was not available."

"Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

"Morrison Heating & Air was professional, courteous, and punctual. I am very pleased with the workmanship and with regard to every detail of the service performed, including pricing. The price listed for approximate cost of service does not include the labor and parts for replacing destroyed duct work above the kitchen. That work was done today and a statement/invoice has yet to be prepared."
