"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

"Was contacted by the Owner (Rick) and he sent out a technician Travis Joslin. He was very professional, friendly, and knew his job very well! Since I hadn't used my system in a couple of years he checked everything out and he was honest and let me know that the system was in much better shape than what I thought it was. He only needed to replace a couple of the sprinkler heads and redirect a few more. I had a zone that wasn't providing enough water in one of my zones and needed to get another head installed and I also requested to get Drip lines installed into my flower bed. I made another appointment and Travis came out again; completed the work and I'm very satisfied with how my system is working. I would recommend this company if you're having any issues with your sprinkler system!! The company will return your phone calls, if an appointment is made they will show up on time, and if your tech is Travis expect Outstanding, Quality Work!!! I highly recommend this company and will use them for any sprinkler issue I may have in the future!!!"

"You should probably add 4-6 weeks to the expected delivery date if you expect to need the "enclosed" hardware. I received the blinds in the estimated time, but it came without the required hardware. I have made 4 calls (at least) over several weeks, but the hardware is nowhere in site. It is clear that SelectBlinds.com is a marketing company only has outsourced all production and fulfillment to third parties and evidently has a difficult time coordinating these type of customer service issue. Extremely frustrating that my blinds have been sitting in the floor for over a month and all I need is a few screws. Happy to go to Home Depot to get the screws, but SelectBlinds can't even tell me what sizes I need."

"Permian Basin Exteriors is an excellent company to do business with. Their knowledge helps the customer to make wise decisions and they are very personable. Permian Basin Exteriors uses their time wisely and gets on the job quickly and is just as quick to finish a job, large or small. Their prices were reasonable and they did everything that was asked of them and more. I wish everyone that ran a business was as easy to deal with as Permian Basin Exteriors and Isaac Redecop and his son. They put a metal roof on for us and will return later to install new windows. "This place is a joke. We spent over 1000.00 dollars getting this company to install a garage fire opener, and after 30 days the garage door is bouncing and nearing coming off the track. We then called into the office and the office lady is rude to say the least to us about coming out to fix it. Of course they come out and they can do nothing but send a welder. As you know it he no shows on Monday. We then callback Thursday and supposed to get a call right back from the rude lady that answers the phone. Never get a call back and no one shows up. Do yourself a favor and don’t use this company."
