"Charles Fulmer was very professional. He responded to emails promptly and confirmed our appointment. He and his two-man crew arrived a few minutes early. They were very nice, took apart the bed and were very careful with all our belongings, and padded everything carefully. It started raining and they were careful to put down a pad to wipe their feet on when walking into the house, and they covered the furniture to keep it from getting wet.
