"The crew showed up on time, went over the plan, remeasured the property and suggested a modification. After the modification, work promptly started and they were fast and efficient. Before completion of the job, there was evidence of immediate improvement to our property as the visual cracks in our tile lessened to almost unnoticeable. The job was slated for an all-day affair, but the crew was done in about 5 hours....truly impressive work. While the cost can scare away some customers, you get what you pay for. "We had an issue with the foundation of our home moving. Due to the freeze of 2021 and the rains that followed the soil between the homeâ s foundation beams and the bed rock began to shift. We noticed cracks in our ceiling and the garage floor. We contacted various contractors but quickly settled with Hercules Foundation. Allen Alexander of Hercules Foundation came to our house, measured the distances from level, assessed the damage and proposed the work needed to be performed and the timing. Hercules Foundation would be responsible for all permits required and obtain markings of the utility lines and finally the inspection and approval of the City Engineers. The price quoted was competitive. The work comes with a Life Time Warranty and is transferrable in the event we would sell our home. The work compromised included installing 18 piers, around the areas of the house that required leveling, the digging of the holes, removal of river rock and flagstone in parts of the back yard. The time quoted for completion was three (3) days. Considering the amount of work required I found this to be somewhat optimistic. The team that completed the work was managed by Michael Sanchez. I have rarely experienced a team that was so professional, safety consciousness, patient with our constant questioning, punctual, trust in each other and the work they were doing, and the way they performed the work as a team. It is a team that is loyal to each our and Hercules Foundation. Michael Sanchezâ s son is being deployed to The Ukraine. God bless him and all US Service men and women. When reviewing the work performed another amazing observation was that it looked clean and as if nothing was done."

"We are very pleased with the results.  Our home is a story and a half and approximately 3,200 square feet.  Allen came and provided a written quote and explained what needed to be done in great detail.  He was very professional in his presentation and the written quote explained everything that would be covered, and what was not included.
On August 4th Adam and his crew showed up to begin the work.  Adam, like Allen, was very professional in his conduct and his crew was very courteous and stayed busy.  Our home required 50 new pillars and I was amazed at the speed and neatness these guys used in digging the holes.  The job was completed in less than a week and during that time Adam gave me an update each day explaining what was going on, what we could expect, and where they were in the process. 
Parts of the home had to be raised over 7 inches and when they were done we had no damage to the plumbing.  There were areas in the brick where the mortar was cracked and they took time to fill in these areas so that you could not see that there ever was a crack.
