They were quick to respond, on time for EVERY appointment, and the installers were fast and cleaned up after the installation. The finished product is absolutely stunning! The existing frame in one room was framed and looks beautiful..... No longer looks like a builder installed mirror. The master bath has 3 different size walls which required different size custom mirrors and exact placement of the mirrors to look balanced. Ashton Reed was prompt, professional, and has a GREAT eye for coming up with a design that compliments the room! The end result is better than I could have ever dreamed! "I submitted an inquiry online, and Rain Tree got back to me the same day with a price estimate.  Meanwhile, I had called two other companies for quotes.  The first took 4 days to get back to me, and the bid did not seem to make sense.  The other one took 3 days to get back to me, and their bid was for a lot more than the other two.  Rain Tree's price was the lowest, and their team was, by far, the most responsive! 
They came out twice to measure, to ensure they had every angle right.  And they got started right away on preparing the materials.  They told me it would take 10 days, and they took only a week. 
The shower doors were installed today by two friendly, professional, and diligent workers, and I'm happy with the result.
I'm very happy with this experience and would recommend this company to anyone needed new shower doors.
The only "suggestion" I have is that they offer a few more types of door handles to choose from -- but I'm satisfied with the ones we selected, nonetheless.

"Great!! We recently had NewLuxe Bath Glass install new bathroom mirrors with frames in our house. We started by calling Brooke in the office to schedule an inhome estimate. She was professional and very friendly. Jon Long, the Co-Founder, arrived at the house on time . He measured the mirrors and prepared the estimate on location in less than an hour. Jon had great expertise and he did not give us any “high pressure”sales pitch. Jon was honest and very helpful. The mirrors and frames were installed on the day promised. Prior to arrival, Brooke called to confirm and, again, the installers arrived within minutes of the promised time. The crew (John and Brian) were polite, skilled and careful. Both Brooke and Jon called after installion to make sure we were completely satisfied. The entire experience was wonderful. The work was fairly priced and the work looks great. A 5 star experience!"
