"I did not use Pane Windows and Doors. I was very impressed with Henry, his product, and cost. However, I decided to go with a larger company, simply because I feel more secure with the (perceived) stability of a more established business, especially since I am not handy and would definitely need help if anything goes wrong in the years to come. I would definitely recommend friends contact Pane and see the presentation. I talked myself in and out of having them do the work a number of times. "I had 2 windows that were leaking. I already had 2 people work on this problem who thought they fixed the windows but the windows still leaked. Mr. Aschenbeck called within 3 hrs. after I put in a request. He came the next day. He fixed it. He said it was temporary but could last a few years. It has not leaked. I am so happy."
