"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"With both building and architectural experience, Wally Westbrook has an excellent understanding of what is needed to achieve the best, and very different, end results for personal homes and investment properties. (He has helped me with both.) I particularly like his ability to understand what a site warrants. For example, he advised that an investment property did not need the size addition I was contemplating to achieve the result I wanted. He looks for cost effective ways to add a "wow" factor to even the most basic house. As if those qualities are not enough to recommend Westbrook Design, Wally is also a pleasure to work with. "Called in claim on 6/18; tech assigned on 6 /19; so far so good. Claim was for failed well pump with NO water to my home with two disabled seniors. Due to heavy workload and no extra pay on weekends the tech came for diagnostics 4 days later. He verified the failed pump and tried to purchase one at Home Depot. None in stock, had to be ordered. Pump came in on 6/30 and tech arrived today, 7/1, and expertly installed the new pump. Choice has a $ 500 limit on well repair, which is 1/3 of a typical bill. That dollar cap is riduculous. On a positive note, C-Force provides expert work for Choice and would be my choice for any future work."

In today’s service environment, it’s become an incredible challenge just to find a responsive resource, let alone hoping they’re credible, knowledgeable, dependable, and honest! However, we were so fortunate to find it all, and then some, with Joseph at JDS. From the consultation phase, through to project completion, Joseph was amazing with two major projects. First, we utilized his services on-site for major interior / exterior updates in preparation to sell our home in Texas ... kitchen, baths, floors, fence, roof, backyard hardscaping, deck repairs ... just to mention a few. Thanks to his expertise, the house sold in one day. We then again tapped into his expertise remotely throughout the extensive search, purchase, and renovation phases of our new home in New Hampshire. The pandemic made it almost impossible to find reliable resource, and he made himself available yet again throughout all phases of consult / oversight for kitchen upgrades, reconfigure of unfinished lower level space to include build-out of a closet, convert a half bath to a three quarter by adding a shower, install of new floors, which gave us the ability to convert the space into a guest suite with a bedroom and living area. Additionally, he is assisting with finish out of drop ceilings, roof repairs, and much, much more. There’s not much about a home he’s not well versed on. Even with a few unexpected challenges on both projects, we always knew his calm and caring manor would bring them to resolution. In summary, his services have been invaluable. After the New Year, we look forward to engaging him again remotely for the last phase of our lower level build out ... a game / video room. Worker were polite, professional, and unobtrusive. Work was completed quickly and the repairs did the trick. An engineer came out to inspect the repairs and assure that that the work was done properly. We saved at least 50% by calling them for a second opinion. Thank you Baird."
