Benning Engineering is a Texas State licensed engineering services company providing windstorm inspection services. We are Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) certified to perform inspections and certification for ongoing construction as well as certified by the Texas Windstorm Insurance Agency (TWIA) to perform post-construction checks.
