Had one of the worst AC leaks to date in a rental property of mine and thought I was in for an expensive, long-haul dry out and repair process. On top of that, I couldn’t even get to the house myself to assess the damage. BTI came through in every way. They were on site immediately, had emailed and texted me dozens of pictures, and had the full recommendation and invoice to me within hours. Everything was clear and reasonable. Dry out equipment was also on site same day. Within just a few days, BTI had not only completed dryout, but also drywall repairs including painting, carpet removal, and new hardwood floor installation for four separate rooms, all of which required moving my tenant’s furniture out and back into each room. On top of that, their pricing was incredibly reasonable and their detailed documentation meant I received wholly uncontested insurance coverage for the entire job. I’ve visited the house since completion, and the work is superb. Paint is a perfect match and the hardwood installation looks better than what I have in my primary residence. My tenant was equally blown away by the respect and speed of BTI working while the tenant was still living in the home. Can’t speak more highly of BTI, or recommend them more fervently to others needing home remodeling or repairs.

Chance hanna came to the house after the ice storm and did the demo. He is very caring and reassuring when you life and house has been so disrupted by this terrible weather incident . He has very reasonable prices and very thorough. He is a master of his craft. Definitely will call for all home needs.
