"I do apologize that you had a bad experience with our service. After looking at the service ticket our records show that Micah found your disconnect was not making proper connection and made your wife aware of the issue. It was relayed to us that this is a repair that her father would make the following morning. As far as the $89 charge is our diagnostic fee(Which indicated that the disconnect was shutting power off to the unit).If there is any way we could gain your trust please reach out to us 409-791-3481.
