They had great ideas for storage and creative suggestions for working in the space I needed. They helped me sort through items to donate and didn't rush me. They took my needs into account and came up with a fantastic organizational system for my closet and bedroom that works for me, using pretty much every bit of space available, which is exactly what I wanted.
