After researching and calling around, I settled on Apple Garage Doors. Mike had great reviews and competitive prices. However, it was his customer service and professionalism that reassured me. He did not try to up-sell me or replace any garage door components.

Mike came out the same day about an hour after speaking with him on the phone. He was very courteous and got right to work. Replaced the spring checked both doors / greased them. I will definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

I called Mike Monday noontime, and he arrived 30 minutes later. He was very courteous, positive, and went above and beyond the services required. Everybody I contacted for estimates had told me that I needed to have my garage door completely replaced, costing 2-5K. He was able to get it repaired in less than an hour, and was very professional. I will definitely contact him again if I encounter future issues.

Garage door spring broke Sunday before Christmas, locking my wife's car in the garage. Called Apple at 4:00 p.m. Mike offered to come out that day, which was pleasantly surprising. Had him come out first thing next morning instead. Had it fixed in time for my wife to free her car and make it to work. Mike did a great job for a reasonable price, was friendly and very professional. Warranty on parts and also showed me how to extend the life of the spring.
