She came over by herself, starting telling me what I should do and when I showed her how the ziplock bags needed to be and roughly what I needed. I ended up helping her and then she charged me her full hourly rate. She tried to say that the clients like to help. I said I didn't hire someone so I can help.

This one is tough. I originally asked for her to come and clean but I also needed organizing help. She quoted me her cleaning help and organizing. She brought a nice young lady to help her. I had been prepping for a big gathering of my family and also photographs of my place for listing and needed help with all sorts. I also had a prepaid major org company sending someone for 4 hours. So...the good: she was friendly, proficient, clearly skilled at what she did. A bit of a know it all and a hustler. Instead of 1 day I ended up hiring her for several more hours/days. Her help was the problem. Not worth $25/hr, moved slowly for cleaners, and needed micromanaging for her. When someone goes from giving you say $200 of work to $1k, and its your first job, instead of say ohhh there were xx hours which is 4x in one week and I want him continued so ill give a deal, she nick and dimed for every single minute by her and her staff. For what I was charged it certainly wasn't a deal, and this isnt how one builds relationships. You got every penny, but you wont ever hear from me like others who ive used for years and years. Hope she gets it one day. And move faster. thanks
