Steve, one of her main construction personnel, is very easy to talk to and was always happy to share what they are currently working on and even any difficulties they ran into. They showed up to our house at the same time every morning (8am) and let us know if they were expecting be late for any reason. We were very comfortable letting them in our house when we were at work (they even brought in our Amazon packages). Living in a construction zone is never fun, but we are fortunate to have lived through it with Andrea, Steve/crew, and Lubbock Improved!!!"
