Installed a patio door and the finish on the door knob has worn off. They replaced it with the same results. Now they wont return my calls. Beware

I had my home remodeled (exterior) with vinyl siding. The work was contacted and performed with no issues. However, after a wind storm, some of the fascia from the remodel, was blown off. I have spent MONTHS trying to get warranty work/repairs performed on this. Multiple phone calls made. Woodbridge even did send someone out to ?measure? and take pictures! This technician found many other issues that I had not noticed! He stated that he would ?order what we need, and be in touch next week?. His name was ?JR?. That was September 10th, 2025. Since that time, I haven?t been able to even speak with anyone at Woodbridge! I do NOT recommend this company!!!

woodbridge installed my siding and some windows. It has been 8-1/2 weeks since I contacted woodbridge about water damage that leaked under the flashing around windows and ruined the wood, I also wanted an estimate on hail damage to the siding. Jonathan came out 3 weeks later, stated the flashing was installed wrong. Stated he ordered materials and gave his info to his boss Mark Moorehead and Mark would get in touch. I had to pretend to want new siding to get someone to talk to me. A lady asked for my pictures because Jonathan was in the hospital. I sent them. she responded "thank you I've received them I will get these pictures over and get with Mark Moorehead and get the rest of this done". Now I can't even get her to respond. I have 9 windows needing new flashing, and wood replaced due to faulty installation. The house was never wrapped upon siding installation to protect the wood. Also the "lifetime warranty" on hail damage DOES NOT cover labor!!! Faulty installation and customer service... Defiantly not worth what they charge! Still waiting.

The sales team is incredible. Once you sign the contract the start dragging. Then installation was another headache. The worst one is after installation. I have been calling the company for the past month and half because there was an issue after installation. One day they called and scheduled to come but didn't even apologize for not showing up. I called again but no one seems to care. I wish I read reviews before I comitted.

Went very well. Tech was very professional
