"After a destructive hail storm a few months ago, numerous companies told me I needed a new roof, and I was unsure what to do and whom to trust. Tim Crain from Clear Vision Roofing came and gave me his opinion. Tim then meticulously assessed my roof, explaining various observations, and concluded that a brand new roof is necessary at this time. I called my insurance, and they would send a person to look at it and decide the damage and coverage. I called him and told him the adjuster was coming. He said he would meet the insurance guy when he came to my home for inspection After my insurance said they would pay for my new roof and sent me everything. The insurance deducted a lot, of course. Not only my deductible but also deprecated my two year old roof. Not cool from the insurance, but that's what they do! Anyway, Tim told me he would replace the roof at no extra after meeting my deductible. He actually gave me a discount, so I didn't have to come up with $1,000+ out of pocket. Amazing!! Then he sent me dates, we decided on one, and he said the crew would be done the same day. That's exactly how everything went. They came at 7 am, and by 6 pm, they were done. The house looked like nothing had happened that day. They cleaned everything. Tim texted me throughout the day with updates I will not only recommend him to others, but also I will continue to use his company for future problems in our house.
