Wayne and his team did an amazing job on installing gutters in our new home. The first time I spoke to him he explained everything so clearly. He drove to the house that day to drop off the color samples and also recommended the best color match himself. He gave us a fair quote which was great for the work they did. He was extremely professional. He also pointed out some issues he noticed on our newly constructed home that we were able to talk to the builder about. We are so thankful to have found him and we are so happy with the work he’s done for us. Do not look further. Please hire him for anything gutter related!

When I had done some additional siding replacement at the beginning of summer, I realized realized the old steel gutters were shot. They were full of composted leaves and my addition of gutter nails to hold them in place made them that much harder to clean. I decided to have all facia behind gutters replaced and some additional hardie board replacement done that was too high for me to reach.
When I called Wayne for the gutter bid, he was on his way out of town for two weeks. I always get at least two bids, so I called another gutter company and two carpentry companies familiar with working with gutter replacement. The first bid on the gutters was too low for my comfort (suggested keeping some 32yar old sections) and the second bidde had a much higher attention to detail and a price that more than matched. By the time I had a scope of work I was comfortable with, and a carpenter who was reasonable, Wayne responded to a text that he would bid off the other company's scope. As with the first job on our home, his price was excellent.
All the other companies said they had a significant backlog due to hail work. Wayne said he would push me to the front as I was a previous customer.
The carpenter ran a little later than expected, but Wayne stayed in touch with him. When the carpenter said last Friday, that he would be done with the gutter facia work, Wayne scheduled me for today, the following Tuesday. As before, his crew was in and out, this time in half a day with only half the lineal feet and everything at first story level. The work looks top notch and the cleanup was again immaculate.
If you're contemplating any gutter work, and want reliable advice and craftsmanship, you owe it to yourself to get a bid from First Class. We've had our home gutters for two years now and know from experience that Wayne had them installed to drain perfectly with properly oversized downspouts where needed to significantly improve water flow, even in downpours.

Mr. Vasquez arrived with a crew and knocked out everything, including pulling and hauling all the old gutters. Wayne's crew arrived the next day and finished in a few hours. I had left a check but Wayne wouldn't take it, telling my wife he needed to recalculate. He actually lowered his bill $200 for not having to remove any gutters. Talk about honest!

My wife has an eagle eyes for nails and weeds. She walked the entire perimeter after Wayne's crew left and found less than half a handfull of scraps. He was quite a bit less on both the gutters and the carpentry. Whenever he ran into something unexpected, he communicated it to me to see how I wanted him to handle it. In no way can I see using anyone else when I do my rental house.

This company is surely the best combination of price and quality out there. Do yourself a favor and get their bid before you have any gutters installed.

Job went great, on time, and through. Wayne recomended several other repairs and supplied names and numbers for roof repair, and siding repair.

i got a few other quotes, their price was in the middle, even had a neighbor that used an A rated vendor that was one of the higher quotes that doesn't even come close to same quality of work. Wayne came and gave the estimate and was on site during the entire install. His installer was first rate. They installed on the day scheduled. They did a great job, quality and finish was excellent and cleaned up the job site. I would highly recommend them to anyone, they do the job right.
