"Without a shadow of a doubt, I would never recommend this company and Kyle Norton. You left a ledge of sharp tiles around our tub instead of connecting the tiles to our tub, he started the tile job in the center of the wall leading to a very strange pattern, had really aggressive outburst when we confronted him about dropping a shower pan onto our three day bedframe, he also damaged drywall, our crown molding, trim, and so much more. My husband also had to call nonemergency PD to have him escorted off of our property, he left behind all of his demo junk that we had to pay another company to come and pick up. We hired him through thumbtack, they tried to work things out with him as well and have since removed his account because he was noncompliant. We now have to pay somebody to completely redo the work that he did. He also took our brand new tiles out of the boxes and left them all over the place outside and a bunch of them were damaged. We did hire him off of thumbtack."
