"Experience was positive until my TV that I've had for a year stopped working immediately after installation of the films. On closer inspection, one of the cables to the TV that lay along the wall of windows with film installed had a couch pushed into the cable. Installer absolutely refused to take responsibility for a replacement cable, citing lack of evidence...were we supposed to keep him on video surveillance?? Clearly, he or an employee must have accidentally pushed the couch into the cable. $2K project sullied by a broken cable and unprofessional attitude. Will not be bringing Sunsafe back for the rest of our windows...thank goodness it was just a cable that was damaged and not something more significant."
