Well rounded at home improvements and commerical projects, attention to detail, dependable, honest and can help with suggestions on projects. Use of subcontracting of employees and specialty fields such as roofing , concrete work etc when needed. I pay subcontractors. I will give a set bid or hourly rate plus materials depending on customers choice. I require 1/3 payment up front, 1/3 halfway and 1/3 on completion on bid jobs only. Small hourly jobs paid on completion large hourly jobs paid weekly. Will give estimated breakdown on written proposal. I will work with the customer to the best of my ability to get them the best job at the best price. I do give a two year warranty backup on my work, providing it's maintained properly.

I would recommend them for any work you want done. In fact, they are doing three projects for my mother's properties now as well. She is also highly satisfied, and she has extremely high standards for the work done on her properties."
