"I couldn't be happier with the service. I had hired this company back in 2014 so I realized that I was already aware of their superior service from an old review I had written. I spoke to Efrain. He was so friendly and adaptable to my schedule. I think I changed my date 3 times. This was during the Covid-19 erratic schedule changes with my job. He was incredible and very easy to work with on the changes. He came out on May 09 a Saturday. He said he would be there between 8-10am. He wasn't joking. He was at my home at 8:15am. He started working immediately and knew exactly what to do without any hesitation. It was obvious that he enjoys his job and is proficient with ceiling fans. He had the whole job done in about an hour with conversation. It's like our conversation didn't slow him down one bit. He has done this so much that he just was on auto robot mode but yet able to hold a conversation at the same time. Now, that is the indication of incredible customer service and someone who "without a doubt" knows his job. I would and will hire him again. He is incredible. Again, I couldn't be happier. "I received the fans in the mail and Rodney from Acetroves came out the next day. He was very professional and the area was clean after the fans were installed. I was definitely impressed that he came out early on a Sunday. The price was very reasonable and I would recommend him for any electrical projects. "I really wanted to provide a good review to these guys if only for the repeated effort they put in trying to get it right. Once the owner started to blame me and my house for the struggles they had, I decided I needed to write an honest review. So I have a house that was built around 2000 and it has rolled on texture and stamped ceiling texture that is applied using spackling compound. This is very common in this area and prior painters have had no problem matching it. In this case the crew admitted to me they were not professional painters, they did not to keep the area neat (drips on carpet, stain on pool cool deck (photo), stain on garage wall (photo), muddy boot prints on stair carpeting (see photo), etc,), they could not create a straight line in corners where two paint colors merge (see white/blue paint photo), and did not know how to texture. The wall texture had to be done over three times - that is literal. I showed them how to do it. They eventually got that fairly well figured out. The ceiling was another story - the area that had a sheet rock repair was retextured 5 times over three visits (see white ceiling / gray wall paint photos). At first it was totally terrible and I had to tell them what ceiling texture stamping tool to buy from Home Depot (pretty much the main one they sell). One painter told me he watched utube to try and figure out how to use that tool but did not have any experience with texture. He was not satisfied with his own work, to his credit. Finally the owner came and redid it. I was dismayed to find how rough it looks. I have hired someone to re do it. I can not recommend this company. If you do hire them, don't pay up front like I did."

"We hired Infinite to completely redo our deck, build a roof to cover half, build a new outdoor kitchen, install a TV and a new exterior door, among other things. Charles and his crew were nothing but professional, punctual, and detail oriented from day one. Charles was the only contractor we got a bid from that was willing to meet with us at a time that was convenient for us, which set him apart from the start. He worked up a bid for us quickly and was very competitive with the other bids we received. Once we decided to go with Infinite, they started quickly and showed up every morning by 7:30 and worked the entire day, often until I got home from the office. We have a rooftop deck and Charles and his guys hauled every board, shingle, stone, etc. up to the 4th floor day after day without an issue. We were very happy with the quality of the work they performed and Charles did everything he possibly could to make sure we were happy with the outcome of the end product. As an example, I think he must have done at least 15 different stain samples to make sure the color of our ceiling was exactly what we wanted... we're very picky. Any issues that came up during the project, which were very minor, were taken care of quickly. Charles even came back and did a few things we missed on the punch list after we gave him the final check, which is rare in my experience with contractors. In short, we were very happy with Infinite Construction and the work performed and would not hesitate to hire them again. In fact, we recently bought a second home in Austin and tried to convince Charles to do our remodel for us! Unfortunately he was unable but we would've given the job to them in a heartbeat.
