EXCELLENT! Jose Herrera was prompt, professional, and thorough. He explained the diagnoses prior to his departure. My A/C is blowing 56 degree air out of the vent and blowing so hard it feels like a fan. Even at 73 it remains cold and hardly runs unlike before at 63 and ran constantly. We had a previous A/C tech come out a month prior and all he did was add freon. He missed the clogged duct completely. Jose could have made a couch pillow with everything he pulled out of the duct. Thank you for fixing my A/C. It works too good now!

Cody called me back promptly and was able to make appt on same day. Showed up on earlier side of the window he provided. Very friendly. Honest. I feared needing a whole unit and I probably would have believed anyone who tried to say I needed one, but he quickly determined it was just a bad capacitor. Went ahead and also checked freon and inside unit. $50 fee for just coming out in addition to repair fee. Angie's list 10% coupon helped. Would likely use them again.

The whole process was great. Everything went smoothly, even when I had a slight delay on my part. Everyone I interacted with was very nice, and they were able to get me on the schedule sooner than I anticipated.

Cody the owner came to our house within two hours of contacting the business. We received a 2nd opinion quote from him and he was $1,800 less than the previous quote ($6,900 vs $5,100). He also found that the evaporator coil in the attic was 4 ton and the condenser outside was a mismatch at 3.5 ton. He quoted a complete 4 ton system (evaporator coil and condenser) while the other company had only quoted 3.5 ton. This mismatch has apparently always been a problem for us and was installed by the previous owner. He came out with his crew and installed the new system within 4 days. Online research also showed that the system he installed was a better model than the other quote as well. No additional charges after the install. All existing drains, pans and associated hardware was checked as well as the ducts. As an engineer - my confidence in the quality of this system and the quality of the install is very high. Also - Cody answered a multitude of questions from us with good, confident answers. I would highly recommend checking in with Cody and receive a competitive quote before going with any other companies in the area.

Cody came over to scope the work and then provided a complete quote up front. They worked inside a small, cramped attic space and accommodated remodelers who were doing other work in the house at the same time. Cody coordinated the different parties involved: eg electrical, etc. He was there the whole time to watch over things and manage details. He also arranged for required permits. They did a nice job and the equipment is working very well.

There was a great concern having to deal with galvanized piping in one Particular spot. Cody the owner, mentioned that if he were to place a bet on the old piping he would had lost. Cody was extremely happy it went so smoothly!!! I’m excited he’s excited cause it was obvious that when he see something like this it usually doesn’t end up quite this smoothly! His whole entire crew was extremely nice, polite & courteous. It’s great knowing that you hire a very reputable company and you do not have to babysit watch over your shoulder to make sure A job is done correctly and permits are taken care of and a company that goes out of their way to protect and watch over you! It’s a breath of fresh air!

There was an area of great concern and it turned out better then anticipated. The entire project went very smoothly. His crew was very professional, kind and courteous. Bay area plumbing heating and AC was a breath of fresh air! It’s such a great feeling knowing you don’t have to watch over and you can come and go as you need while they are working in your home. The owner was here the majority all day and took care of permits not only for himself but for us as well as homeowners and we never realized we needed to take care of something on our end. Bay Area AC came out to inspect my A/C unit, which was blowing air slightly, but not really cooling. Set point was 80 but it was 85. Jeremy, the technician, diagnosed the issue as a failed hard start kit; after we pulled the part out we realized it had blown a small hole in the top, so pretty obviously the cause. He got one off his truck and installed it, verified everything was in working order and checked the coolant levels (they were fine). Jeremy was very polite and friendly. He explained what the hard start kit does for the system and why it was required. Great overall experience.
