"This past weekend, my third floor toilet/sinks were backing up due to a lost plumbing snake. I called SmartChoice and spoke with Carlos this past Sunday. He came out Sunday night and looked at the situation. He returned Monday with Travis and tried to get the snake out but couldn't (He removed the toiled, put in a camera and tried taking it out that way). He finally returned this morning (with Travis) and finished the job. He cut into the wall into our garage and pulled it out. I really appreciated the fact that Carlos tried multiple ways to get the snake out before cutting into the wall. He did not immediately pick the most expensive option.
During all 3 visits, Carlos (and Travis) were very professional. They were on time, very detailed with their explanation on what needed to be come. "DAV Construction was hired to replace a damaged roof and gutters. They did a professional job of discussing the bid with me. However, this was more than a roofing job. I had an issue with water seeping through my second floor brick that continued to damage my interior and patio cover. We all thought it was a poor trim installation. Alex took a hard core position of helping me correct the problem. We had to repair any openings in the existing brick and applied a water sealant. I even had a phone call several months later after a heavy rain storm to see if we had any visible leaks. All was good and the extra effort was was high on the scale of taking care of the customer. I would personally recommend Alex and his team to anyone."
