I was very satisfied with the work - the company showed up early, got right to work, and were done before I knew it. Unlike some vendors I have had in my home, there was no cell phone ringing, nor was there texting while the work was going on! "I loved the idea of organic - after all, my 2 cats spend their lives on the floor and the idea of introducing potentially toxic chemicals in the
environment was a concern.  Also, because it's a dry system (moist less than an hour) means there won't be "wicking" as in traditional steam cleaning and the re-appearance of spots.  Back to the cats..I have 1 long hair cat and have been diligent with keeping up with vacuuming and even purchased a Dyson Animal unit to help with keeping the cat hair problem at a minimum.  But YIKES, it was amazing how much hair was pulled from the carpet.  The carpet looks new (it was installed about 2 years ago) and that one spot that I had tried multiple times to make disappear is gone.
I'm absolutely thrilled with the results.  The guys are friendly, knowledgeable and professional....and on time. Randy, the owner, was here-what a terrific guy! The communication was great i.e. arranging the appointment, contact confirming  the ETA on the day of service.  Super job!

"After Hurricane Harvey flooding and the subsequent repairs to our home, our tile floors were in deplorable shape. Todd and Tylar were AWESOME to work with. The were very collaborative. They explained to us every step of the process and kept us in the loop though out. I would hire their team in a minute if we required any more work of this type. While the cost was not insignificant, it was reasonable. That was topped off by their services being preformed in an efficient and timely manner. The floors were all beautiful for the Holidays and many visitors. We can't thank them enough!"
