They were very concerned about helping me upkeep the carpets in my home and telling me things to do to make the carpets last. The only concern I had was how clean the carpets really became. I tried out a new vacuum the day after they cleaned them and a significant amount of dirt was in the canister from doing just a 8 by 8 area. If the steam cleaning was really good, I don't think I should have had so much dirt. I question how deep down the cleaning really was."

That said, they get the carpets very clean and they can even treat pet stains/odors. We had that issue last time after our dog had been ill. This time they just did the standard cleaning. I also have them clean 2 rugs while they're here and it works beautifully. Jordan and his wife are very friendly, always on time, and do a really good job. I will continue to use them for my carpet cleaning needs."
