We found them 2 years ago and used them then because they are a local family owned business and because they don't use harsh chemicals in their cleaning. That said, they get the carpets very clean and they can even treat pet stains/odors. We had that issue last time after our dog had been ill. This time they just did the standard cleaning. I also have them clean 2 rugs while they're here and it works beautifully. Jordan and his wife are very friendly, always on time, and do a really good job. I will continue to use them for my carpet cleaning needs."
