He did not have to do that, because it delayed their finishing their job by a day, and interrupted their next job. But he is honest in decent and wanted my home to be safe. They removed all of the old insulation, replaced my ductwork, and blew in new insulation. They were kind, courteous, and professional at all times. The other two estimates I had did not alert me to the need for new insulation, and one company never even looked in my attic. I highly recommend this company, without hesitation.
