"My chest freezer broke down and I did not want to buy a new one since I could not afford the same size. I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."

"We needed a shower head swapped from one bathroom to another and scheduled the work for the next day. We got call at 9:23am where they said we were next on the list. Then we got a call at 11:40am to say the plumber was on his way. At 12:25 we got a call from the plumber saying he'd be there in about 30 minutes. He spent about 15 minutes here to swap out the shower head. They charged a flat rate which we were not informed about until the plumber got here - it was $242. If we refused the work they would charge $131 for the trip charge. Again this was not communicated at the appointment scheduling. The plumber said that the company had been sold about 1 year ago and this is what it was now. We had used Dallas Plumbing for over 30 years; not anymore. The customer service is gone and they don't have any concept of small job pricing."

"A 5ton 16 Seer Trane system was installed by Bassam of so called "Quality1" in 2018. The system was a disaster from the get go. Coil was replaced the same year and a second compressor was installed to replace the original in 2019. Warranty only covers part and I ended up paying Q1 for labor Every time. every summer brings new problems "capacitors, contactor,etc etc". 2022 needed a new compressor (third one). July 2023 compressor need replacement again. I am now stranded with 80 deg in the house. I am getting quotes to install a new system. Never again Trane Never again Quality1"

"This is the first online review I've ever written -- my experience with this company was that bad. Three aspects that deserve attention: 1) I placed an order and tried to cancel six minutes later. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization.
