We are a small company the consists of only three employees. We normally do all the work required on a jobsite unless a third party is required for other services we don't offer. We except most methods of billing procedures. Materials must me purchased by customer needed for the job. Customer will only be charged for labor or special materials mentioned in the job contract!

Yes, adding water to concrete will increase its slump, so you should do so with caution. Always measure the slump of the concrete batch before you adjust it, and be sure not to add too much and push the slump too high. Doing so can cause the aggregate to separate, set inconsistently, or shrink.

New concrete can crack within 12 hours of finishing, as it can be a common occurrence as the concrete dries and cures. Certain weather conditions and temperatures can slow or speed up the cracking. In those cases, reinforcing your slab and sticking with 4 inches of thickness should provide plenty of strength.

Steel is a better concrete form material because you can use it thousands of times for repeated work, but this is most useful in commercial applications where one job is necessary many times over.
