We are a small company the consists of only three employees. We normally do all the work required on a jobsite unless a third party is required for other services we don't offer. We except most methods of billing procedures. Materials must me purchased by customer needed for the job. Customer will only be charged for labor or special materials mentioned in the job contract!

Yes, you can fill rotten wood with expanding foam. You may prefer using an expanding foam treatment instead of wood filler since the latter can take a long time to dry. It may also provide an easier solution when you’re dealing with smaller gaps. If you use expanding foam, allow it to cure for about 24 hours before you sand and prime it.

No. Once you apply refinishing oil, it will continue to seep into the wood, making it difficult or impossible to refinish over top of it. Since the product contains an oil that’s meant to penetrate existing finishes, almost anything you put on top of it will bring the previous layer of stain with it. If you plan to refinish your cabinets more than once, it’s a good idea to go with the traditional method of sanding before applying a new finish to the surface.

Wood filler is designed for cosmetic fixes like filling small holes, cracks, or surface imperfections, and it doesn't provide the strength needed for load-bearing repairs or large gaps. You also shouldn’t use wood filler in areas exposed to heavy moisture or extreme outdoor conditions unless it’s a product specifically rated for such environments. Wood replacement or a strong epoxy resin is a better solution for severe rot or structural damage.
