"Very well. Albert came to our home soon after I contacted him for an estimate. He made the measurements, we went to his store, chose the laminate, signed the contract. He gave us a good price upfront rather than match somebody else's price. His 3-men crew came in the morning of the scheduled day right on time. They surveyed the rooms and got started quickly. They were very efficient and careful in moving the furniture. They did a very good job (removing the carpet, clearing/cleaning the floor, leveling/floating as needed and installing the pad and the laminate). Every day, they left the rooms they worked in clean. They finished the job within the duration, Albert has said it would be done. Overall, I had a very good/hassle free experience. I would definitelty use his service again if/when needed and would higly recommend him to my family and friends.
