"Eric Avila and Spencer Suggs were fantastic to work with and did a fantastic job cleaning our silk drapes, chairs and tile floors. This is the best cleaning company I've ever worked with and would highly recommend them to anyone. They were on time, professional, and worth every penny... Use them and I guarantee you won't be disappointed! Thanks again Eric for the job you did! Larry Davis"

"From the initial estimate to the completion of the work, it was a pleasure using Ken and his assistant Warren. They started when they said they would and stayed a bit longer than planned to make sure they had thoroughly cleaned up around the work area. Prior to starting the process, they placed protective covers and tarps over the adjacent floor areas. They were careful to contain the grinding slurry using a wet vac to remove excess material. It took repeated passes with the finer and finer grit pads to achieve the final results, but my wife and I are very pleased with the outcome. Even the other tradesmen working in the house were impressed with the improvement. In addition to the refinishing, Ken took time to offer suggestions on maintaining the floor finish along with warnings about what cleaning practices should be avoided."

"Keith was very responsive in setting up and scheduling our appointment.  He arrived on time and prepared.  He did a pre-cleaning inspection to identify problem and high traffic areas and gave us a few treatment recommendations that were reasonably priced and appropriate.
We have a toddler and an infant that have put our 6 year old carpet through it's paces.  I can honestly say that Keith's cleaning has made it look beautiful again . Our carpeting now smells and looks great--- The power scrub really brought the high traffic areas of our carpeting back to life---lifting and fluffing up our compacted carpet pile!  And the deep cleansing removed all the dust and dirt that had accumulated over the years and restored the carpet color back to it's original color.
Couldn't be more pleased with the job and am happy to recommend him to others; and would hire him for any future carpet cleaning needs (I may have to try him again to clean my kitchen tile and gout!).
Don't hesitate to give Keith a call.

Floor Polishers questions, answered by experts

Most DIY floor cleaners don’t require rinsing, but you’ll want to make sure you don’t add too much dish soap or oil to the cleaner to avoid having to rinse it after cleaning. For non-wood floors, mix 8 parts warm water, 1 part vinegar, and 1 part baking soda with a few drops of dish soap. For wood floors, use olive oil in that same mixture instead of the vinegar. You can let these solutions air-dry after cleaning your floors with them, although you should manually dry your floors if they aren’t waterproof.

Besides feeling icky grit when walking barefoot in your home, not mopping the floors can create health risks. Pollen, dirt, dust, and overall filth lead to allergen, bacteria, and even mold buildup, polluting your home and creating an unhygienic environment. You also risk damaging the floors due to stains and scratches with neglect. Lastly, your home will become less inviting due to odors from the lack of cleaning.

After carpet removal, prepare for new flooring by assessing the subfloor. You will want to address any imperfections to create a smooth and level base for installation. Remember, proper subfloor preparation is crucial for optimal new flooring results. Consider repairing and replacing damaged areas for a stable foundation. For both wood and concrete subfloors, consider sanding to remove any debris or adhesives remaining thoroughly.

Most experts agree that the best thing with which to clean epoxy floors is a diluted mixture of ammonia and warm water. You can also use mild dish soap diluted with warm water or a degreaser (such as Simple Green or Goof Off) diluted with warm water. Some soap-based cleaners can leave a haze. If you notice this, further dilute the mixture with water or use a different detergent that does not leave a film. You should never use harsh cleaning chemicals, any type of acidic compound (such as vinegar or citrus-based cleansers), or harsh scrubbers like steel wool or hard bristle brushes.

While every professional home cleaner will have their own preference, most will use a commercial floor cleaner specifically manufactured for laminate floors. They will also use a vacuum or microfiber cloth to remove loose grit before breaking out the mop. Some cleaners will also make a final pass with a dry and clean cloth to dry your laminate floors for a smooth shine.
