This is the best carpet cleaning I have had performed by any carpet cleaner including companies such as Zerorez and others in the four years we have lived in our home. I have two young boys and 2 dogs. The carpets were not clean by any stretch of the imagination and in fact the boy's rooms were almost disgustingly dirty. I was amazed as to the cleanliness of the carpets once the work was completed; and, to this date, I have not had any stains resurface. I have recommended Mr. Lane's Carpet Cleaning services to several other people as a result of his outstanding work. Mr. Lane's communication both before and after the work was performed was very good and as a General Contractor, I truly appreciate this.

"First off let me say thank you so much for your business. We are sorry you were unhappy with the quality of the work and to get a "C" is not acceptable to Lane's Carpet Care. We will be reaching out too you soon so we can setup a time to come back out and take a look at it and see what we can do to make it right. We do guarantee all of our work for up to 30 days. I show we cleaned on July 10th but would still like to make it right. The carpet did have heavy wear at all traffic areas due to the roll around scooter you guys have. I am a little confused that you were not happy with the price because you purchased a Big Deal off of Angie's List and there were no additional charges other than what you purchased. We do appreciate your feed back as it helps us grow and get better day in and day out."

He was punctual and kept in touch to let me know when he would arrive. He very efficiently cleaned all areas. He went out of his way to make sure that spots were treated and he got them out.
