This is the best carpet cleaning I have had performed by any carpet cleaner including companies such as Zerorez and others in the four years we have lived in our home. I have two young boys and 2 dogs. The carpets were not clean by any stretch of the imagination and in fact the boy's rooms were almost disgustingly dirty. I was amazed as to the cleanliness of the carpets once the work was completed; and, to this date, I have not had any stains resurface. I have recommended Mr. Lane's Carpet Cleaning services to several other people as a result of his outstanding work. Mr. Lane's communication both before and after the work was performed was very good and as a General Contractor, I truly appreciate this. Thank you Keith for the great job! He was punctual and kept in touch to let me know when he would arrive. He very efficiently cleaned all areas. He went out of his way to make sure that spots were treated and he got them out.

Mr. Lane was punctual, and he called before he came to let me know he was on his way. He looked at the areas that needed to be cleaned and then gave me further information on treating pet damaged areas, including the cost to treat the pet damage areas. He wrote an invoice with the agreed upon services and I initialed that before he began. He treated the rooms in about an hour's time or maybe a bit less, and then explained the approximate drying time for each room. Then I signed the invoice for completed work and paid for the extra service that I had asked for and he left. He emailed me a few days later to make sure I was happy with the carpets and to see if I had any concerns. I think the carpets turned out great and I have no complaints.

By far the best experience i have had with this type of service. Service tech was on time and even gave me an upgraded package at no additional cost.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was great. I liked everything; they were prompt, thorough and did a great job.

Did not protect carpet by putting protectors under stained wood furniture such as chairs and tables. Carpet was very hard after it was dry. Owner was very nice and professional.

Mr Lane was cooperative when I requested a schedule change due to the freezing weather. Messaged promptly and offered me several alternate dates and times. Called before arrival time to let me know he was on the way and expected arrival time. Worked quickly and efficiently. Answered questions I had regarding spot cleaning and recommened cleaning products. Suggested recleaning in 6 to 8 months. Furniture movement was not included in the price.

It does'nt happen very often, but sometimes you find a provider who does quality work at a fair price. That is what you get when you use Lane's Carpet Care. You can not go wrong with this company. We will definitely use Lane's the next time we need this service.

After I purchased the Big Deal for the 3 rooms of carpet cleaning, Keith called me the next day to arrange the appointment. We were able to set up a time the next week for the work. Keith called 15 minutes or so before arriving to let me know he was on the way. When he arrived he looked over the 3 rooms; formal dining room, living room and master bedroom. I showed him a large stain in the dining room that had been there since we moved in 6 years ago. We had tried to get out ourselves without luck. He looked at it and thought he might be able to get it out, but I was skeptical. We had already moved most of the furniture from the rooms, but there were a couple of large chairs in the living room and a futon (on sliders) that Keith had to move to pre-treat and clean the rooms. He pre-treated the big stain first so that the cleaning solution would have more time to work. We have two dogs, so there were some areas that were dark from them laying on the carpet that he hit pretty hard too. This is the first time in this house to have the carpets cleaned, so they really needed it! Keith was able to get out the big stain completely! I'm still keeping an eye on it but so far it does not appear to be coming back. The high traffic areas also cleaned up nicely - all the carpets he did look much better. Keith was very professional and really seems to know about carpets. I will definitely call him again the next time we need our carpets cleaned.

Bought a Groupon to try out this company. No scheduler, so it took a week of phone tag to finally get a date established. Mr. Lane arrived promptly as scheduled. However, he tacked on an additional $40 pet treatment for two nickel and quarter-sized urine spots from our indoor cat who had just had an accident that morning from an unexpected bladder infection, $30 extra for what he deemed "heavy soiled" (we do not wear outside shoes in our house, nor do we eat or drink anywhere other than the dining room and we get our carpet cleaned regularly), and $20 for a water stain in the hallway. I paid more for his extra charges ($97.42) than for the original Groupon ($59.99). He was willing to sacrifice $$$ of future business for the one-time chance to make up for his Groupon discount. The water stain came out (but seriously...it's not red wine). Sorry, just not impressed.

Very good, I'd use Lane's carpet anytime I need carpets cleaned, he even saved be some money by telling me how I could clean some chairs myself rather than paying him to do it although, he was willing to do it if I asked him to. Overall everything was great! He was honest, professional and did a great job.

Keith was very responsive in setting up and scheduling our appointment. He arrived on time and prepared. He did a pre-cleaning inspection to identify problem and high traffic areas and gave us a few treatment recommendations that were reasonably priced and appropriate. We have a toddler and an infant that have put our 6 year old carpet through it's paces. I can honestly say that Keith's cleaning has made it look beautiful again . Our carpeting now smells and looks great--- The power scrub really brought the high traffic areas of our carpeting back to life---lifting and fluffing up our compacted carpet pile! And the deep cleansing removed all the dust and dirt that had accumulated over the years and restored the carpet color back to it's original color. Couldn't be more pleased with the job and am happy to recommend him to others; and would hire him for any future carpet cleaning needs (I may have to try him again to clean my kitchen tile and gout!). Don't hesitate to give Keith a call.

We called Lane's on Saturday to make an appointment to have our old carpets cleaned. They were able to come out first thing in the morning on the following Monday. Lane's was prompt, professional, and completed the job on time. Other services, like deep scrubbing, pet deodorizing and Scotchgard were also available for additional charge, but we stuck with the basic cleaning. The carpets looked great when they were done, much better than I expected. We may be able to postpone replacing the carpets because they looked so good after Lane's cleaning. The cost was very reasonable a 2 story home. We will have Lane's come out again before the holidays to clean the carpets. I would highly recommend Lane's Carpet Care to my friends and neighbors.
