"Adam was nice and professional and performed his estimate in a timely manner. The estimate was very close to what we agreed on. There were a couple of things that bothered me: 1.) The man that came in to do paperwork before the start of the move was very unprofessional. Almost the first thing out of his mouth was the fact that they expected tips. 2.) I was charged for 5 men and should have been charged for 4 as there were 2 of them that their work only equaled one person - they always seemed to be doing something that had nothing to do with moving my stuff. I DO NOT believe that the trucks should be tidied up and all their blankets folded and put away on my dime. They should have waited until my move was completely finished and time stopped before doing any of this work. 3.) One of the guys had a really bad attitude and would barely speak to me or answer questions and was negative about a lot of the items and where I wanted them put into my house. As it turned out, the items did indeed fit where I needed them to go..... BUT, these three items aside, they did an good job and in a timely manner. I would recommend them to use as your home mover. They took proper care of my furniture and electronics and were never careless. They broke down and put some of my furniture back together and did it well. Their prices are very reasonable. With the exception of one (maybe he was having a bad day???), all of the other men were very kind, courteous, and respectful. Just little tweaking is needed in their service."
