"The overall move was good. We didn't get a follow-up back. There was a piece of furniture that was broken. We sent information in and I don't know that we ever got a response back, where they were supposed to send out a technician to come out and look at the piece of furniture that was broken and repair it for us. They did a good job overall. But, post-move, there was a piece or two damage. We moved into a town home. So, it was not an easy move. It was a three story town home. So, we kind of expected that we might have a little bit of a carnage. But, I never heard back from them as far as having the individual come out to repair the piece of furniture that they actually kind of broke a leg on. It cost way more. It was probably $1200. The deal only paid for three or four hours. We had stuff in storage. I just bought it to get the discount on the first few hours. I knew it was going to be way more than that. I was happy with the pricing and everything. It was within the framework that we expected as far as what they had to do. They had to move stuff out of an apartment and go get stuff out of storage and then take it all to the house. So, the pricing was fair."

"After we purchased our home, we had some work done by an AV person who was referred to us by the previous owners. That company made several mistakes and caused a lot of things to now work properly. Our camera system, monitoring alarm systems, and our televisions sometimes did not work. I was referred to Brian Ashworth by the HAI area rep out of Austin. He is excellent when it comes to home automation and internet. What I like about him is that he is honest. He was able to tell me things about my HAI system that I didn’t know about. Instead of trying to up-sale me on another product, he educated me on the system. He fixed everything so that all of our systems were working properly again. He is really good on home automation.
