"Last October, my sister, an elderly veteran living alone, contracted Genie Bath Systems to remodel her master and guest baths. She was diagnosed cancer and passed before the remodel was complete. Which, to be fair as we were not able to work with Genie while attending to my sister. The contract was expensive. Very expensive. The cost of the remodel is close to 1/4th the value of her home. I noticed there were issues with the remodel that showed a surprising lack of attention to detail. Genie sent people to address the issues twice. Yet issues remain. My calls to my contact at Genie are now being ignored. Also, the only document I have for the remodel is the contract my sister signed. It is not detailed. I have and continue to ask for a breakdown of the cost. An estimate or work order. This request is also being ignored. I am disappointed and have to wonder why Genie will not provide this information. I have several other questions for Genie that I will not go into here. But based on my experience, I cannot recommend Genie. In fact I would warn anyone considering Genie to be very careful about the cost of the contract."

"Expo Home did a fantastic job from beginning to end. Maurice our sales representative came to our home and very thoughtfully walked us through everything. He helped us to make a difficult and expensive purchase decision. The contract was signed Friday evening and the work was completed by Thursday afternoon. The installers Ricardo and Omar arrived promptly on install day morning at 8am and worked quickly to do all the work by 4pm. They respected our home and kept work areas clean with tarps. Omar especially kept me informed of the progress of the project throughout the day. Ricardo as the lead installer was very skilled in performing the work and knowledgeable about all the details of the project. "Everything went great! They came and cleaned out the flowerbed, put a stone border around it and my tree, Dug up all weeds, put down weed barrier and planted two new rose bushes and 4 other plants. It looked great! I texted about a month after they finished and asked where they had gotten the plants because some weren’t looking too hot (they have since revived) and asked about the weed barrier because I have weeds growing up around the edges and in a few other places. I was told that they would come out that Saturday. I waited all day and no one. I got busy and a couple weeks went by. I texted again with a picture of the weeds. I was told they would come this past Monday. Still waiting. I really want to give them 5 stars because the initial work was done while I was in the hospital so everything g was done via text. I just can’t because I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for them to come clean it up and make sure there is weed barrier all over."
