"Stellar service! Ivan with new elite contacted me within minutes of my inquiry to replace a rain cap that blew off of my furnace chimney. All the other roofers blew me off saying the job was too small. Ivan came out within the hour and recommended a rain cap that would stay put, went out to get the part, and installed it within a few hours of my inquiry - even when it was late and a storm was approaching! When others won t help, they will. Quality work, totally fair prices - I will be using them again and recommending them to anyone in need of a roofer."
