That was part of Texas code if you don't go by cold, you're not a certified electrician. They just hired anybody off the street to come and do the job, that was it. Unlike the others asked to bid these gentlemen did not quote materials, only labor/contracting. It was on me to find and purchase all of the fixtures and finishes. They did set me up with a location that had many of the materials I needed and even visited the tile store with me. Unfortunately, the tub I selected on my own had to be returned as did the shower fixture."
