"I contacted Mike today about a suspected virus on my laptop computer. Mike immediately went to work. Mike did an excellent job scanning my computer remotely and found several minor issues, but then found a trojan virus. Mike was very professional and walked me through his process of getting my laptop working as it should. My internet connection is extremely slow. However, Mike kindly worked on my computer until the work was completed. He was very patient and never complained about the extra time it took due to my slow internet. Mike also was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. He offered assistance on how to handle backups by using external hard drives since uploading pictures and files to the Cloud doesn't work well with a slow internet service in a rural area. I am very grateful for Mike's assistance and expertise. I certainly will use his service again, and I highly recommend Mike for your computer needs."

"James seemed to be very knowledgeable of computers. He solved my issue which enabled me to use my Laptop... I will use again in future."

"The IT Teck, Lance from Excellence IT, arrived as scheduled and was able to resolve serveral issues I had experienced in upgrading my laptop to MicroSoft 365. He also ran a check of my operating systems and made serveral changes to improve my computers operation. After leaving I had a question as I begin using the installed systems and he was able to respond and help in getting a couple of issues resolved over the phone. I would use Excellence IT again if need."

"Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Has become my â go toâ computer professional."

"Greg was not able to field the repair I requested. I requested a component level repair. He could only perform installs. He referred me to another person. I still have the problem with my TV."

"Friendly and did the job well. Repaired a couple other small issues free of charge while he was at my house."

"Very professional and helpful. HE DID A GOOD JOB FIXING MY LAPTOP"
