Not due to weather. The deck was to be built on the first day giving the concrete time to set, then completed on the second day. They didn't arrive on the first day until very late at night and decided they could get it finished in one day. The skirting was set directly on the ground. Post holes were concreted half way and never filled back in. Extra dirt was left piled up under decking boards. The deck staining was done about a foot in until the gazebo was completed. Some of the side panels are out of plumb. The \"door\" was made out of one of the side panels. It measured 51\". It was so large it made you enter on the side of the step. Roofing had exposed staples and plywood near the top of the first section. A majority of the spindles were not flush with the top and bottom railing. Where the joist went into the panels, left a large triangle shaped gap. The stain on the upper portion was scrapped and peeling in many areas. No pre-drilling, so there was many splits at the end of boards and slip through screws coming out of boards. The owner came ill-prepared, with not all the hardware, paint and labor. He thought he could drive into the next larger city and pickup illegal alien help. Never could find any help. My husband and brother-in-law had to help get the second section of roof up. Couldn't finish on the first day. I asked that he put roofing tar on the exposed staples. Some he did, many he didn't. The touch up staining was done directly over the peeling without sanding or scraping. They didn't use a primer, there is a lot of bleed through of knots and the green treating. They couldn't finish on the second day either. He said he wouldn't take the final payment until he came back to finish, which would be in a couple of days. Or, I finished it myself, with him paying me to do so. I decided I paid him to do the job and I really didn't want to finish it. He called back a couple of days later asking for part of the final payment and said he would come back the following Monday and finish on Tuesday. He showed up late Monday afternoon had phone problems and left soon after. He did arrive early on Tuesday. The deck stain was applied on top of sand, over-lapped stained in spots and is splashed on the white. Some places, wood still shows. When he fixed the exposed roof decking he didn't bother to tuck the shingle under the ridge caps. The gazebo is held to the deck with 8 wood screws. He told me verbally he would use hurricane clips. My husband and I used 24 tubes of caulk to fill in gaps and seams. I framed in a new door and cut down the large one. It now looks like a real screen door. My husband will correct the roofing. And now I plan on Kilzing and painting it all over again. I may have to sand and re-stain the deck. The gazebo will need to bolted to the deck for stability. When I complained of these things he just kept repeating he had built over 1200 of these."},"url":"https://www.angi.com/companylist/us/tx/farmersville/the-gazebo-and-pergola-factory-reviews-7659782.htm"},"position":6}]}

They were friendly and professional. They answered all my questions. They arrived promptly on a Saturday morning and got right to work. They cleaned my air ducts and my chimney. I'd recommend them without hesitation.
He did a great job at rebuilding part of our chimney to repair damaged mortar.

Chimney caps may be installed by a few different professionals, including a chimney sweep or a mason that specializes in fireplaces and chimneys. A gas fireplace technician is the best person to install a chimney cap on a gas log fireplace vent to be sure the cap is appropriate for the application.
A chimney cap costs about $300 on average. The prices range from about $75 to $1,000, depending on the material, size, any repairs needed, and if your chimney cap requires custom fabrication. Chimney caps are usually made from galvanized steel, copper, or stainless steel. Additional costs may include hiring a chimney sweep to clean the chimney before a cap is installed.
Yes, it’s worth capping a chimney. Here are several reasons to install a chimney cap:
Keep out rain, snow, wildlife, and other debris
Help prevent chimney fires
Reduce your chimney’s exposure to moisture
Maintain your chimney flue liner
Help reduce energy bills by helping regulate your home’s temperature
Typically, a chimney cap will last from three to 25 years. This wide range is due to variables like climate, the material the cap is made from, and how often you use your fireplace. Regular inspections and maintenance can help extend the life of your chimney cap.
The best style of chimney cap for a brick chimney is one that fits tightly around the brick top of the chimney. The cap should have a screen to fully enclose it to keep animals out. The best materials include stainless steel, copper, or aluminum that fit tightly or are custom fabricated for a perfect fit on your chimney.
