"The MESS! They made of my closets when they put things back in there( really looks like they threw things back inside) was Horrible!!! I have 3 huge closets upstairs beside the clothes closets, that I keep neat ,clean and orderly with holiday decorations. They did not paint the wall along the steps from where they removed carpet and replaced it with vinyl laminate. My bathroom that they used upstairs was left filthy with their urine stains on the toilet and the floor. I feel like I spent a lot of $ ( almost $7K) and I still need to pay some one to paint the area around each stair and I have several hours of work to remove everything out of the closets and put everything back inside."

"The good - completed on time (2 weeks) as promised, rug is cleaner. The bad: horrible, rude, ugly customer interaction. Areas of the carpet are still dirty, not as white clean as the rest of it (not talking about stains), there are stains that almost look like the color bled, the carpet does not lay flat anymore (btw when Olmos Rugs cleaned it is was only $200, laid flat after and was pristine). I am not sure that any effort was made to work on the couple of stains. When I questioned the owner who had told me on the phone he would give me a good price to clean, about the price of $550!!! he said that was what he charged then offered to do it for $450. I believed him (three times) when he said that is what he charged but he was insulting to me when he pulled invoices to shove in front of me and prove it. I should have left then. It is horrible that someone can be so very unhappy with the world and treat others the way that he does. I hope that he finds happiness somewhere. He is not sharing it at his business."

I called him and got a quote of $1079, which included shipping both ways, cleaning the rug, and a guarantee that I would not be able to detect any urine odor when my rug was returned to me. After getting over the sticker shock, my husband gave me the green light to send the rug to petpeepee.com. I think he was more interested in getting rid of my constant complaints about the urine odor than the actual odor itself! Mr. Martin walked us through how to pack up our rug for shipping via UPS, having us send him pictures to make sure we had prepared it properly. Even though we followed his instructions, I received an email from UPS 5 days later that my rug had been lost. I was regretting my decision to send my rug off for cleaning, UNTIL Mr. Martin worked his magic! I’m only the second customer in all the years petpeepee.com has been in business to have her oriental rug go missing, but that was to my benefit, because Mr. Meir knew exactly who to call (in Utah, of all places!) to track down my rug. Mr. Martin called his contact at UPS every day to check on whether my rug had been found and kept me posted each day for a week. On the seventh day after UPS reported my rug had been lost, Mr. Martin called me with the happy news that my rug had been found!!! Apparently some of the tape I had used to secure the label to the package was not completely flat and caused the label and bag to tear. Mr. Martin received my rug via Next Day Air from UPS on August 23 and began the cleaning process the next day. I loved receiving videos and pictures of the rug being cleaned and getting updates from Mr. Martin throughout the process. We received the rug back on September 2, and it smelled as fresh as it did the day we bought it! It looked so clean and new – worth every penny we paid to have petpeepee.com clean it. I really need more than five stars for my recommendation of petpeepee.com and Meir Martin. He is a true professional and the best communicator of any service provider I’ve ever encountered. I will be sending him more rugs soon! When I do, I will be VERY careful about packaging them, including using a HEAVY DUTY bag and taping multiple labels on the inside and outside of the package and making sure EVERYTHING on the outside is smooth and flat. "I have to leave a negative review. I paid for carpet cleaning services for a townhome I was renting before departing on military orders. My landlord informed me the carpet was left dirty and had a strong musty smell as if dirty water had been used resulting in me, essentially, being charged a second time for further cleaning. I reached out to Service Masters several times about the issue and was very patient. However, I never received a call back upon my last request for one. It it my perception that Service Masters of Corpus Christi values a few hundred dollars in profit more than they do their reputation. I do not recommend them, especially to any of my fellow service members."
