ServiceMaster is a locally owned franchise and is a preferred vendor of most insurance companies. We provide 24 hr. emergency services for fire and water damage cleanup. ServiceMaster is also an expert in carpet cleaning, wood floor cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, upholstery and drapery cleaning, air duct cleaning, odor removal and biohazard/trauma cleanup, . Our technicians are professionally trained and IICRC certified. All major credit cards are accepted, checks, cash and in-house financing (W.A.C.) for insurance deductibles and claims not covered by insurance.

"As per customer's comments, we have never provided service to this customer."
"This is the first we have heard that the customer was dissatisfied with the services provided. There have been no attempts to contact our office regarding any issues related to this job. If we had been contacted, we would have taken great care to resolve any issues. All of our appointments are scheduled in windows. This appointment was set up in a 9-1 window, which was confirmed by email with the customer when appointment was set up. Our technician arrived on site between 10:00-10:30 am after customer was called. Upon arrival, our tech inspected the carpet and found rips, frays, furniture stains, and worn and soiled carpet. The carpet appeared to be the original carpet (25 years old). Tech then advised the person onsite (customer was not there - her brother met us) that the carpet would not come completely clean due to it's condition. The gentleman on site advised our tech to proceed with work. In addition all communications with customer were made by email in a timely manner according to Angie's List guidelines. Again, we would have been happy to resolve any issues the customer had if we had known about them."
