I have to leave a negative review. I paid for carpet cleaning services for a townhome I was renting before departing on military orders. My landlord informed me the carpet was left dirty and had a strong musty smell as if dirty water had been used resulting in me, essentially, being charged a second time for further cleaning. I reached out to Service Masters several times about the issue and was very patient. However, I never received a call back upon my last request for one. It it my perception that Service Masters of Corpus Christi values a few hundred dollars in profit more than they do their reputation. I do not recommend them, especially to any of my fellow service members.

Never happened. I talked to initial sales lady on phone about services needed & no scheduling or call was made for a week. Then when I called back asking about service, they had an on-call technician call me to again talk about services needed & he did not follow up with me to schedule service as needed. It has been 1.5 weeks & I am not going to beg them again for service. Waste of time!

I bought a Angies list deal for 5 rooms of carpet cleaning. This company is outstanding. The employees went out of there way to communicate with me in setting up the appointment time. Ryan and Juan arrived right on time and did a fabulous job on the carpet, It actually looks better than the day it was installed. Ryan and John were not only very hard workers they were also the most courteous and respectful workers my wife and I have ever met. I will use this company exclusively in the future.

It was done well. The house was vacant. So there wasn't any furniture to move. I've used other people in the past that were more expensive but did a better job. There was carpet that was maybe dirtier in one place than another. They didn't spend any extra time on places that were a little more dirty. They just kind of went over it one pass for everything, which was okay, probably for 80% of it. But they didn't really clean the spots well. I would have paid more if they would have called me and said, "Well, look we've got this spot." That was the expectation I had. But, they just kind of did it. When I went back in, certain carpet was okay but the area that was a little more traveled they just did kind of a once over.

I purchased a big deal from them. It was $99 for carpet cleaning and deodorizing for four areas.

The cleaner was courteous, knowledgable and thorough in cleaning the carpets. He took his time and asked us to check the areas after he was finished to ensure we were satisfied. He cautioned us the soiled areas in the carpet may return after we walk on it for a while.

We used the 4 rooms for $99 deal. The provider also included the hallway in the 4 room cleaning.

They did a great job on open areas of the carpet. Asked if my friend and I could move some of the living room furniture around as they were cleaning the living room to get to carpet underneath, but they said they were on a time schedule and would be unable to wait on us. I figured we were the last call of the day since it was around 4:45pm when they got there and they were done with the whole SMALL condo within 30 min. Other than that it was a great job!

My house burned in February. Service Master was at my house the very next day to assess the damages. Every single item in the house was carefully packed up and taken back to their office for inspection and thorough cleaning. A detailed list of items that were not salvageable was provided for insurance purposes. Once I was ready to move back into my home after rebuilding all of our items were returned in neatly packed and labeled boxes. Anytime I had a question, someone was available. Great experience during a stressful time.

They did an excellent job. They honored coupons off Angie’s List. They were very efficient and were available when I needed them. They were very customer friendly. I would highly recommend them. They came when they said they would, and they did an efficient job. They even called me back to follow up to make sure I was happy with the work.

They are great. They were accommodating to me, because I had made an appointment, but had to cancel it, and reschedule it. The price was super awesome, it usually costs me double or one and half times of what they charged. I had no problems with them whatsoever.

Having three large dogs in the home with carpet is very hard Servicemaster was excellent in cleaning and deodorizing my carpet. Due to problems and scheduling on my part they were very helpful and very accommodating when I changed it twice. I appreciate their patience and understanding and they did an excellent job!

Came out the same day I called to let them know my house had burned. Immediately started testing each room for soot/water/smoke damage. Explained the clean up process. Gave us reading materials. Contacted the insurance adjuster directly. Billed the insurance company directly, so I am not sure about the cost. Extremely friendly to every friend and family member that stopped by to look around. Extremely friendly to our three dogs that we had to leave behind (couldn't take them to the rent house). In contact with me almost everyday to let me know the progress. Answered every phone call and text message immediately (any day/any time). Very thorough.

Cleaned walls, floors, cabinets, windows, AC ducts, every inch of my house after a fire. Also, took all furniture and belongings to their warehouse to clean (if possible) and store until we can move back in.

Tommy & Steven came out and clean our chimney I call on Monday was able to come out the next day. Very please with them very professional and did a great job. We paid another local company that came out last week that advertise that they were Chimney Cleaning Company however all they did was clean the bottom Firebox not the hole Chimney ( which was a waste of $ 96.00 to them. .i would recommend Service Master Clean ( 361-993-9300) to anyone that need their Chimney Clean.
