They installed one of the air conditioners, the latest one that we've had so we continued to using them when we added on an addition the house.
It's pretty easy to setup an appointment
Their good, they do a real good job, they always show up on time, I'm very happy with the service they have given.

I called the evening of 6/5. They could not come out till the next morning. Found that the fan motor was out but couldn't get it out of San Antonio until Monday. Could never get a response on when the motor would be in Monday. Called 4 times and finally they came out at 5:30 the evening of 6/9. This company installed our system and is the only company that handles the warranty on our Trane system. Hopefully I can find someone else for service next time.

the tech broke my access ladder and tried to hide it. Then when he got caught, he tried to mail it together. His company ended up replacing it. Then to add insult to injury.The tech wanted to charge me $600.00 to clean my ac coils. I told him no thanks. Had someone else look at them, they said the coils don't need to be cleaned at all.

When the Texas Wind Storm Insurer required certification that the compressor was properly bolted down Extreme refused to provide the certification and told my insurance agent they would not do so. I had to hire an engineer to certify that Extreme had done the work properly.

The technician was very through and knowledgeable. Checked the entire ac system.
