I had to remove the sides of the unit in the attic to be able to remove the big clumps of dust/dirt so they didn’t stop up my coils. Other than that they did a great job. Air duct cleaning/ sterilization of the system. It has a couple of vents with mold spores starting. The technician found them and put them to the side for me to look at and recommend that they were replaced so I did."

"I paid “BBM Cleaning Services” of Plano, Texas for what was to be a "deep clean". I consider what they did was a regular clean and not a deep clean. The two ladies were friendly but the work done was not a deep cleaning. One lady spoke a little English the other spoke only Spanish, it difficult to communicate. The performance of the house cleaning was average. They left areas that were not cleaned and left dusty. I am disappointed with their services. The overall general cleaning was average but the details are left untouched and unfished, for example: • They did not adequately clean fans and light fixtures or behind furniture, • Several areas were inadequately dusted, for example backs of chairs, chair bases and legs and tops of picture frames, • Fans and light fixtures edges were dusted lightly and flat surfaces were undusted, • Blinds were dusted, but left visible lines of dust on the area that were turned up. • Kitchen cleaning missed wipe off of appliance doors and handles, • The tile floor is front of the fireplace has a brightly colored paper sticker which was left untouched, • Window sill were not wiped clean, they were dusted but not damp wiped, • Edges of three doors and light switch covers were left with dirty spots. The cleaning services provided isn’t a matter of doing an inadequate job - they didn't do the job details. I will be sure to share the disappointing quality of service with everyone who asks for a referral for housecleaning. I wouldn't call “BBM Cleaning Services” again."
