"Matt was prompt in scheduling appointment for estimate, showed up for the estimate appointment and cleaning appointment when he said he would. Matt was professional, did a great job of cleaning the heavy traffic areas and had great follow-up. Didn't come in with a low ball price and then try to sell additional services to make the job bigger. He quoted what he thought would be required for me to be happy with the job the first time."

"Great..very clean carpet and rug!"

"Did a very good job cleaning my home post-repair construction after a flooding issue."

"Strongly recommend getting an energy audit completed on your home, especially when it's complimentary, thank you, Paul! There were quite a few items that needed attention in our home. The technicians Justin and Fernando were solid. They arrived on time, did a great job, were polite, and were very clean. They took before and after pictures, which shows how much I needed the work done. We went with the insulation to ensure it was at least 18 inches, the duct sealing of the junction boxes and HVAC unit, and we had to reroute the bathroom vent. We even did the optional UV-C light, which makes us feel much safer and takes a load off, especially in this current environment of being conscious of germs and all. Great technicians, great company, and solid work. Highly recommend Justin and Fernando :) The email and text reminder game is on point."

"Pure Air exceeced my expectations. They thoroughly described the work they would do and the price prior to coming out. Once at my house they went over everything again and there were no surprises. Their technitions were knowedgeable, clean and respectful of my home. They took their time and did a teriffic job. The cleanup was impressive. We are already noticing the results. A better night's sleep."

"I am very satisfied with the Window cleaning. He did an excellent job. Very pleasant and professional.. I would recommend his work to everyone."

"Super clean cut guys, friendly & professional! Would highly recommend."

"Mike and Sam did a great job cleaning my velvet sofa.Mike called to give me a quote just minutes after I used the Handy request quotes feature. They arrived on time and were polite and efficient. I highly recommend this business."

"I paid “BBM Cleaning Services” of Plano, Texas for what was to be a "deep clean". I consider what they did was a regular clean and not a deep clean. The two ladies were friendly but the work done was not a deep cleaning. One lady spoke a little English the other spoke only Spanish, it difficult to communicate. The performance of the house cleaning was average. They left areas that were not cleaned and left dusty. I am disappointed with their services. The overall general cleaning was average but the details are left untouched and unfished, for example: • They did not adequately clean fans and light fixtures or behind furniture, • Several areas were inadequately dusted, for example backs of chairs, chair bases and legs and tops of picture frames, • Fans and light fixtures edges were dusted lightly and flat surfaces were undusted, • Blinds were dusted, but left visible lines of dust on the area that were turned up. • Kitchen cleaning missed wipe off of appliance doors and handles, • The tile floor is front of the fireplace has a brightly colored paper sticker which was left untouched, • Window sill were not wiped clean, they were dusted but not damp wiped, • Edges of three doors and light switch covers were left with dirty spots. The cleaning services provided isn’t a matter of doing an inadequate job - they didn't do the job details. I will be sure to share the disappointing quality of service with everyone who asks for a referral for housecleaning. I wouldn't call “BBM Cleaning Services” again."
