"Matt was prompt in scheduling appointment for estimate, showed up for the estimate appointment and cleaning appointment when he said he would. Matt was professional, did a great job of cleaning the heavy traffic areas and had great follow-up. Didn't come in with a low ball price and then try to sell additional services to make the job bigger. He quoted what he thought would be required for me to be happy with the job the first time."

"I needed a one time deep clean of my kitchen and bathroom as I prepare for upcoming surgery. JCE Cleaning service was perfect, they had great customer service and beyond a fair price. Perla had my bathroom & kitchen sparkling it felt like it was when I first moved in 6 years ago. I will definitely be using JCE Cleaning Service again and highly recommend."

"Mr. King was more expensive than all of the others that I got a quote from. But I will say after his initial quote we were able to omit a few things and get the price lower. It was very hard convincing my husband that this cleaning could cost so much. But I felt very secure in Mr. Kind's professionalism and the history of his company. I will say some of the folks who came by to give me a quote were not exactly what I expected to be promoted by Angie's List. This was my first time to use Angie's List by the way. I felt like Mr. King knew his business and would do an excellent job. So far my rugs and carpet look terrific. I will know more after they are dry. The den rug looks new. I would definitely recommend Mr. King's company to anyone."

"Best window cleaning company we have ever used. Ours is large, complex task and every detail was carefully attended to. The job was perfect. Great value for the money. Francisco was a pleasure to work with. This is our new “go-to” company. Would highly recommend Infinity Window Cleaning."

Sonic Cleaning FAQs, answered by experts

In most cases, it is best to leave icicles on your roof and allow them to melt naturally. You should only remove them if they are heavy enough to cause damage to your home or pose a safety risk to people below. Attempting to remove icicles yourself can be dangerous, so if you are concerned about immediate damage, it is recommended to hire a professional. To prevent icicles from recurring, you should address the underlying cause, which is often poor insulation. Long-term solutions include improving your home's insulation or installing roof heating coils.

You should only consider removing them if they are heavy enough to cause damage to your home or pose a risk to people below. You can use a pressure washer to clean a whole host of surfaces. The exterior siding of your house is one of the most popular spots, as well as your driveway, garage floor, patio or deck, and even your outdoor furniture. Just be mindful about the amount of pressure you apply to different materials—concrete can handle a lot more than wood, for example.

You can rinse your solar panels in some cases. For example, periodically rinsing your solar panels can remove light debris if you live in an agricultural or dusty area. Light dust and dirt won’t affect efficiency much, but they can build up and mix with other debris like animal droppings, leaves, and small sticks.

You should avoid using a pressure washer on any surface or item that could be damaged by the high-pressure spray, as some materials are too delicate to withstand the force.

Key items and surfaces to avoid include:

  • Electrical Components: Never pressure wash electrical systems, as water can cause short-circuits and create a safety hazard. This includes utility meters, breaker boxes, electrical outlets, generators, and HVAC or air conditioner units.

  • Delicate and Fragile Materials: Fragile items can crack, shatter, or be stripped by the pressure. Avoid pressure washing windows, glass, light fixtures, shingled roofs (especially asphalt), and stucco.

  • Painted, Stained, or Sealed Surfaces: Unless your goal is to strip the finish, do not pressure wash painted surfaces, stained wood (like decks), or anything with a protective seal that could be stripped away. Be especially cautious with older surfaces that may contain lead paint.

  • Soft Woods and Certain Decking: Delicate surfaces like softwood, composite decking, and antique or wooden patio furniture can be etched or damaged. If you must wash wood, use a lower-powered pressure washer with a wide-angle nozzle to prevent damage.

  • Living Things: Never use a pressure washer on people, pets, or plants. The force can cause serious injury and will destroy landscaping.
