Iâ ve hired several cleaning companies over the years, and this one is by far the best. When I called to request a deep cleaning service, I spoke with Greg the owner. He was very professional and easy to understand, asked all the right questions, and clearly explained their cleaning process. He also gave me an itemized quote over the phone, which turned out to be 100% accurate. Greg accommodated my schedule and showed up at my house with his wife Tamara. They first did a walk through to ensure that all of my concerns were addressed and expectations were set. They were friendly and approachable, and I could tell very early on that they are great people. When cleaning, Greg and Tamara didnâ t cut any corners. To the contrary, they worked super hard and went WAY above and beyond their call of duty. They vacuumed my carpet several times in all different directions to ensure the removal of several years worth of accumulated cat fur. A while back I accidentally spilled candle wax on the carpet in my office(it was a pretty big spill). Greg noticed it and offered to remove it, which he did with success! Iâ ve lived in my house for almost a decade and have never seen the bathrooms so clean. There were a few other areas I wanted cleaned that were not included in the deep cleaning package that Iâ d purchased, but they cleaned them anyway. When Serenity Sparkle was done with my house, it sparkled! Their cleaning job is very thorough, and the house looks and feels clean without lingering chemical odors. My cooktop wasnâ  t this clean when I moved in my house. They are people of integrity and ethics and I highly recommend their service.
