It didn't, he never showed. See the text conversation for yourself below. Follow up phone call was a joke and was clear he wasn't coming.... tried to blame me. What time would you be able to make it out tomorrow? And here is a pic of the issue 8am Ok, let's lock it in Rough estimate based on what you see? $100 Is there any temporary stuff I can put on it to seal crack until you get here? No sir Ok, wait on your arrival. Michael was knowledgeable and worked diligently to find the issue and fix it. The work to find the leak was time-consuming as the unit had to be pulled out to look underneath to find what was causing the problem. Once isolated, he proceeded to make repairs to get the unit working as it should. I feel the quality and integrity that he displayed during his time here reflects on the character of the person. His prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend Michael and will use him in the future.

Best AC came highly recommended. Called Michael late Friday. He shows up on Saturday and fixes the AC in no time, minimal fee. Didn't even try to upsell me on anything I didn't need. It's obvious he's been working in AC business for over 2 decades. Call him if you want your AC fixed right for cheap. Great service.

I have Looked up Best Deals Ac guys on Angies List , and Called them on 03/16/2020 for the Clother Dryer Repair, Michael is the Service man Showed up at 2.40 Pm, When his Scheduled Appointment was at 10AM-12 Noon, He opened the Dryer and Found the Dryer Belt is Broken, Then called couple of appliances Companies, In the Mean while to help him out i got the Dryer Belt from LOWES, He said the Belt is not Compatable and Left my Place (30 Mins)Next day he showed up around 11.30 am, When his Scheduled Time of arrival was at 10 am, He came up with the Same Belt i brought it from Lowes and Fixed it in an Hour, Ultimately He gave me a Bug Fat Bill of $ 185, for Which i could fix myself for $ 10 Bucks , Its Not Rocket Science. An Simple Youtube Video tells how to Replace an Dryer Belt. When i called them for Service they said service Call will be $75, Never provided an estimate for the JOB, SHOKINGLY Gave me a Fat BILL.He Purposely Delayed the Process for 2 days and Ripped, The Regularly they Should have charged me around $80-100, But They Play around trying games and Try to Rip off Customers, DO NOT USE THEM EVER again.

"This person never wanted to pay for work to be done was constantly in our way while trying to perform repairs. He was trying to disassemble unit and show us how to repair problem with dryer. He informed us he went on YouTube to fix dryer & informed us issue was A fuse under dryer. He watched & waited for issue to be a fuse when we found broken belt he wanted us to wait until he went to search for a belt told him we can pick belt up at Appliance parts house & return for installation. Not sure why he so upset he's over 40 miles from office & we fixed dryer which took over 3hrs including drive time. Job took a little longer cause there was not much work space. Mesquite to Little Elm Tx incurring several toll way fees. He didn't want to pay our fees so we adjusted and he's still not Happy we left dryer operating & he paid by credit card $160. He said he only expected to pay $75 + a belt fee after picking up belt & returning to install next day. 2 trips over 40 miles we left dryer operating & handed him a field invoice. Some people aren't intending to do right & you never know until completion. Sad"
