We strive for the best quality repairs along with the best customer service. Our techs are the best in the business and will go above and beyond on every service call. We offer a 10% discount to military and first responders on all repairs. Call us today for any of your appliance repair needs.

"PROS: professional, knowledgeable, handled problem with warrantee company, willing to make a second trip out when first didn't fix problem CON: No one ever answered phone. Had to interact with him only via text. He fixed my Samsung refrigerator's leak. Water into the crispers. It took two times, but my interaction with other owners of this brand was that this repair was difficult and often impossible to fix. I retained this company through my home warrantee company. They didn't recognize that I was within the warrantee period on this repair because they thought he had come out earlier due to the fact that the first shot at an appointment was a text. However, Appliance Doctors negotiated with them when I could not and got them to send him back out without charge. Highly desirable. I waited a month before writing this review to make sure the second repair worked and it did!! my only complaint was being forced to do everything by text. I didn't like that and it was a problem with the warrantee company because they thought the first text was the actual date of the appointment. If texting is your bag, however, this is your company."

"DON'T USE FIX-IT SERVICE, THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THERE DOING. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. THEY PUT THE WRONG PART ON MY AIRCONDITIONER AND REFUSSED TO COME BACK OUT AND REPLACE WITH THE PROPER PART. THEY DON'T STAND BEHIND THERE WORK WITH ANY WARRANTY. THEY JERKED ME AROUND FOR 2 MONTHS AND I STILL HAD TO HIRE ANOTHER COMPANY TO INSTALL A NEW BREAKER BOX OUT BY MY AIRCONDITIONER THAT BURNT UP BECAUSE OF THE WRONG BLOWER MOTOR THEY INSTALLED, IT SHOULD OF BEEN A TWO PHASE BLOWER AND THEY INSTALLED A SINGLE PHASE BLOWER. I TRIED TALKING WITH THEM TO COME BACK OUT AND PUT THE RIGHT BLOWER ON AND ALL I WAS BEING TOLD WAS THAT THEY WEREN'T GOING TO DO ANYMORE WORK FOR ME AND THAT I NEEDED TO CALL MY HOME WARRANTY COMPANY THAT THEY WORKED FOR. BECAUSE THEY BLAMED THE HOME WARRANTY COMPANY AND SAID I NEEDED TO DEAL WITH THEM. MIND YOU I WAS TALKING WITH A SUPERVISOR AND SHE WAS RUDE AND HUNG UP ON ME. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DON'T LET THIS COMPANY DO ANY WORK FOR YOU OR YOU WILL REGRET IT."

"1st, I just finished filling out the search questionnaire on Angies's List when a young lady called from Dirty Deeds. She explained the procedure and cost. I scheduled the next morning at 9am. The crew ( 2 men ) were right on time & very courteous. They took their time and explained the procedure. They covered the furniture to protect it, cleaned up afterward and even vacuumed the carpet where debris fell. I opted for the additional Microbial protection. The price was a little bit more than expected, 12 vents & 2 returns, but it was worth it for quick, friendly, prompt service. I would call then again."

Dryer Vent Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Yes, mold can grow in a wet dryer vent. Mold is a type of fungi, and fungi thrive in warm, moist conditions. Dryer vents need to be aired out so heat can escape and moisture can dry. If your dryer vents aren’t properly vented, the trapped heat and moisture will cause mold to grow, and the mold can spread to the dryer and even your clothes. Not only can this leave a musty smell on your freshly laundered clothes, but—more importantly—it also poses a health risk.

If you just moved into a new house or found significant mold, dust, or pest remnants in your vents, or you see condensation on your air vents, you can easily find a highly trained pro to do the job correctly by asking a few key questions:

  • Do you have proof of liability insurance?

  • What about worker's compensation insurance?

  • Are you a member of the NADCA?

  • Have you worked on my model of HVAC system before?

  • What is included in your contracted amount?

  • Can you provide local references?

Failing to open your flue can lead to serious health hazards if you start a fire because the smoke will back up into your home. Breathing fire smoke, even in relatively small quantities, is bad for human lungs, and smoke can also irritate your nasal passages and eyes. Furthermore, smoke can cause damage to your interior fixtures and furnishings, at the very least leaving an unpleasant smoky smell for a long time. In short: If your flue isn’t open (or you’re not sure if it is or not), don’t start a fire to find out!

You should clear your dryer lint trap after every cycle, but a deeper clean is needing only one a year. Failure to clear your lint trap regularly results in lint building up over time, making it harder to clean and more expensive.

You should not put boric acid into your home’s air vents. While sprinkling boric acid in roach-prone areas is an effective way to get rid of them, it’s not safe to introduce those chemicals into your home’s air system. Instead, put boric acid or diatomaceous earth in a spot that roaches may walk through, infesting them and the rest of the infestation.
